We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and fitness/health data you enter during onboarding and check-ins (goals, injuries, medical conditions, workout logs).

We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, features used, and performance metrics to improve the product.

2. How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Coachbase service — to generate your training programs, adapt recommendations, and personalise your coaching experience.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your health data for advertising.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Coachbase: Supabase (database and authentication), OpenRouter (AI model routing), PostHog (product analytics), and Vercel (hosting).

Each service has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account and associated data, or opt out of analytics at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us through the app settings or reach out directly.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication and a small number of analytics cookies (PostHog). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
